These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdajee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or using any feature of the bdajee platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

bdajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use bdajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of bdajee or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close relative of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bdajee platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

bdajee reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

bdajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your membership, including before your first withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered name and number).
• Source of funds documentation where required by internal compliance procedures.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal rights. bdajee processes all submitted documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. bdajee aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a few hours; bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within one business day, though delays may occasionally occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be made to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived winnings.
• bdajee reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

bdajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawable winnings derived from bonus funds.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, device, and IP address.
• bdajee reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to void winnings derived from a promotion that was claimed in error or in breach of these Terms.
• Players may be required to opt in to a promotion before it is credited to their account.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Strategies designed to reduce risk below the threshold required for fair wagering — including but not limited to hedging bets across outcomes, placing bets on all sides of a market, or using external accounts to offset positions — constitute abuse and will result in bonus removal.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or suspended before a result is determined, bets will be settled according to bdajee's void-bet policy for the relevant market.
• bdajee reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold settlement of any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, data error, or odds compilation error.
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event or moment has occurred (late bets) will be void.

bdajee does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance, compliance review, or provider-side updates without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdajee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with bdajee support.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error will be void.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity contrary to the laws of Bangladesh.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdajee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failure, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.

bdajee does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players are responsible for ensuring their own device and internet connection are suitable for using the platform.

You may close your bdajee account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address listed on this site. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bdajee will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to these Terms.

bdajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is identified; (c) the account has been inactive for an extended period; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it. In cases of closure due to confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bdajee platform — including game outcomes, bonus settlement, or account decisions — you should contact our support team in the first instance via the email address published on this site. bdajee will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

bdajee's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, where the integrity of the RNG or game provider certification is not in question, shall be final. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with bdajee's support team, the matter shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdajee and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to your use of the platform.
